NOTE: CHILDREN born after 31 MAY 2018 are FREE OF CHARGE when sharing a room with parents at the LINDO & MAYA buildings only. They can attend the Stars concerts, but they are not assigned seats at the concert venue.
- Cancellations received prior to April 1st, 2021 — Refundable for US $50 processing Fee.
- Cancellations received April 1st, 2021 onward — Not Refundable for any reasons.
- Cancellation Fee is 100%. Only name change is allowed. (No transfer to any Future Events)
- 1st Change in the Room booking is FREE of charge.
- 2nd change and onward is subject to US $100 processing Fee.
